Toulouse is one of the major cities in southern France. As a metropolitan area, it is a huge city following Paris, Lyon and Marseille, and is known as the center of Europe's aerospace industry. It is also called a rosy city because there are many red brick buildings in the cityscape. It is a popular city for tourists, with many old-fashioned streets remaining.
