There are many animals in the world. Some of these animals have outstanding physical abilities. The reason is to escape from predators. Creatures are exposed to the struggle for survival, and speed is an essential ability for them to survive. I made a world ranking of such very fast animals
1st : Cheetah
Cheetahs are the fastest animals on earth, reaching speeds of up to 75 mph. That’s faster acceleration than most sports cars. It’s not a level of speed that humans can imitate. How did cheetahs run so fast? because it is eaten by lions. Many cheetah cubs are preyed on by lions, and the cause of death of cheetah cubs is either being eaten by lions or starving to death.
2nd : Pronghorn
The pronghorn is an animal in the mammalian class Cetacea Artiodactyla. It has been recorded at 61 mph (about 98 km/h) and is probably faster than that. Pronghorn predators are predators such as coyotes, bobcats, wolves and golden eagles. With so many predators, pronghorns had no choice but to evolve into animals that could run very fast.
3rd : Springbok
Animals of the class Mammalia Artiodactyla Bovidae. They live in southern Africa and live in arid grasslands and deserts. A Springbok can run at 61 mph (98 km/h). Springbok predators include lions, leopards, spotted hyenas, cheetahs, and wild dogs. Because there are so many natural enemies, there is a background that you can not survive unless you acquire speed.
4th : Quarter Horse
The horse finally came out after 4th place. It is one of the breeds of horses officially called American Quarter Horse and can reach a maximum speed of 55 mph (about 88 km/h). Humans have improved this horse and raised it to be a very good breed. Modern humans used the horse for farm work, herding cattle, hauling timber, everyday work and riding.
5th : Gnu
Animals of the class Mammalia Artiodactyla Bovidae. The wildebeest is a bovine that lives in Africa and although it is a very large animal, it can reach a maximum speed of 50 miles per hour (about 80 km). Wildebeests’ predators in the wild include lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. In order to escape from those carnivorous animals, there was no choice but to acquire tremendous leg strength.
6th : Blackback
Blackbucks are a near-threatened species of antelope that live in India. Blackbucks can run at 50 mph (about 80 km/h). He has tigers, Indian lions, leopards, and dholes as his natural enemies, so he is said to have acquired tremendous speed to escape from them.
7th : Lion
The lion is the second largest of the cat family. Lions can run up to 50 mph (80 km/h). In the case of lions, they are predatory animals, such as cheetahs. Humans are the natural enemies of lions. Hunting kills most lions, and most species are listed as endangered.
8th : Jack Rabbit
The jackrabbit is a type of rabbit found in North America. A jackrabbit can leap at speeds of up to 45 miles per hour. Because there are many natural enemies around, it is an animal that is often preyed. In order to survive, they had no choice but to gain astounding speed.
9th : Moose
The moose is the second largest of the deer species. Despite their large bodies, they can run at speeds of up to 45 miles per hour. The main predators of moose are wolves and bears. Wolves are especially fast, so I got speed to escape from them.
10th : Cape Hunting Dog
A breed of dog from Brazil. They look like hyenas, but they are different animals. The maximum speed reaches 45 miles per hour (about 72 km / h). They are bred by humans as predatory animals, and because they are good at hunting, they boast incredible speed. You can use your speed to catch your prey.
